While we cannot guarantee specific flower types due to seasonal availability, we will ensure that your bespoke bouquet is created using the freshest, most beautiful blooms available. The bouquet will be made to the value of the budget you specify, so you can trust that it will be a stunning, high-quality arrangement that reflects both your preferences and the value you’ve chosen.

Delivery Note
Deliveries will be made between 11am and 5pm. Due to the volume of orders, we can't guarantee an exact delivery time.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, we will leave your bouquet in a safe and covered location to ensure it remains protected. If a suitable spot cannot be found, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery plan or pickup option. Please ensure accurate delivery details are provided to help us make the process as smooth as possible.
Pick-up Note
All pick-up orders will be ready for collection from Yokine 6060. Pick-ups can be made between 10am - 7pm. The address will be shared with you after making your purchase and we will organise a time for you to pick-up.
Care tips for your blooms
1. Get your blooms into clean water as soon as possible!
2. Mix the Floral Food sachet that we provided into the water to help your blooms last longer.
3. Cut the stems at a 45-degree angle to maximize hydration.
4. Remove any leaves/foliage submerged in water to prevent bacteria and keep the water clean.
5. Change the water and clean the vase every 2-3 days.
6. Trim the stems at an angle every 2-3 days.
7. Keep blooms away from direct heat and sunlight.
8. Remove any dead or dying stems.
